Particular attention is placed on guiding job hunters through the processes of writing effective CV’s and performing well at interviews - all from the perspective of a Human Resources professional who has spent a lot of time sifting through CV’s and developing effective interview techniques. It is specialist inside information for the prospective employee delivered at no charge.

The Vision


As a Human Resources professional, I have long recognised the need for a recruitment website which is easy to use, cost effective, and completely focused on delivering only high quality CV’s directly into an employer’s inbox. Most job sites which allow employers to place job advertisements (invariably at an extremely high price!) offer no guarantees as to the quality of the CV’s ultimately delivered. Job hunters find it extremely easy to apply in multitude to any and every job advert they see simply to increase their chances of eventually finding employment. It is free and extremely effortless for them to forward their CV to any employer at all even if they are obviously unsuitable for the position advertised.

This is not good for either party as such job hunters waste both their own time (which could have been spent on a focused and tailored career-building campaign) and that of employers. It is almost as though these job hunters are fishing and casting their CV's towards hundreds of potential “fish” in the hope that, if they have even a five percent response rate, they might find success.
